The adult dogs are all up to date on their vaccines. Could I have picked it up from new puppies before they've had their 1st ringworm vaccine?

I included a link to information on ringworm. It is not a parasite. It is a fungus, like athletes foot. While it can be passed from person to person and rarely from pets to humans, it is easily treated. There is no vaccine for it. It is not likely you got this from the new puppies. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmedhealth/PMH0002411/
