Otto recently had surgery to remove a lipoma from his chest. It was benign thankfully but quite large. Consequently he's got a scar running from about where his collar resides down his chest. It's going to take a while to heal, and his usual harness and collar won't work.
What we need is some sort of gentle method of attaching a leash to him while he heals. It shouldn't touch the lower neck or upper chest. Legs, body are fine.
Otto is a 22 lb 12 year old dachshund/beagle/terrier mix (mostly dachshund) who is well behaved, mostly. Though he walks well off leash, we live in a big city and leash control most times is a must.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
