I'm planning on bringing my service dog in training to school this Friday and I need to get all my info together. Can the school deny me and my service dog in training if I brought her? Also can the school bus deny her as well? My service dog in training has a vest saying she's a service dog in training. Please help. If you find any info please place the website where you got it from.

What state do you live in??? Access laws for SDIT are different for many states and access is not automatically allowed, especially in a school. You need to research your state laws and find the regulations specific to your state and follow those, vest or no vest. For example, I live in NH and public access is NOT allowed for Service Dogs in Training. Some other states require you to be accompanied by a trainer, for another example. The ADA federal laws only apply to Service Dogs, not those in training.

It depends on the laws of your state.
